4Student Profiles

Students may create profiles containing information relevant to their learning requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and appropriate.

You should not publish unnecessary sensitive or private information in your public profile or learning requests. Learnmoro may remove information that is unlawful, inappropriate, misleading, offensive or inconsistent with these Terms.

Learnmoro may allow Students to submit learning requests describing the subject, learning objectives, preferred schedule, class format, and experience level.

By submitting a learning request, you authorise Learnmoro to make the relevant information available to suitable Tutors or use it to identify potential Tutor matches. Do not include unnecessary personal, financial, medical or sensitive information. Learnmoro does not guarantee that a Tutor will be available or that a particular Tutor will accept a request.

6Tutors

Tutors using Learnmoro may be independent teachers, professionals, educators, trainers or specialists. While Learnmoro may take reasonable steps to verify information provided by Tutors, Students and Parents/Guardians should independently consider whether a Tutor is suitable for their particular learning requirements.

Learnmoro does not guarantee:

By enrolling in a class or course, you agree to comply with the relevant class requirements.

8Payments

Where a class or course requires payment, payment must be completed through the payment method made available by Learnmoro unless otherwise expressly stated. Learnmoro's branding, software, design, and Platform content remain the property of Learnmoro or its licensors.

15Reviews and Feedback

21Platform Availability

Learnmoro aims to provide a reliable Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability due to maintenance, upgrades, or technical circumstances outside reasonable control.

22Third-Party Services
